General Manager - Scott Hayes
Scott joined United Coatings Group (UCG) in July, 2014, as the General Manager of Turbocoating. Corporation (TCU). He was named concurrent General Manager of ACC in November, 2014 as the joint venture between TCU and GE Aviation was formed. He was then promoted to Managing Director over both Turbocoating Corporation (TCU) and Advanced Ceramic Coatings (ACC) in January, 2019. Scott holds a MBA from the University of Detroit and a BS degree in Polymers and Coatings from Eastern Michigan University.
Dir. Of Engineering - Richard Morgan
Rich joined ACC in April, 2010 as the Director of Engineering. He holds a BS degree in Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from West Chester University, Rich brings over 30 years of experience in Engineering and Manufacturing from the automotive and aerospace industries.

Human Resources Manager - Elizabeth Good
Elizabeth joined the ACC team in June of 2020 as the Human Resource Manager. She holds a BS degree in Accounting from Clemson University. Elizabeth brings over 10 years of Human Resource Leadership experience through a wide range of manufacturing industries.

Quality Manager - Ben Demming
Ben joined the ACC team in April of 2017 as a Quality Engineer, he was then promoted to Quality Manager in August 2021. Ben holds a BS degree in Chemistry from Appalachian State University, and he joins the management team at ACC with over a decade of experience in Quality in both custom and ceramic coating applications.
Facilities Manager - Alan Jackson
Alan joined ACC in November of 2022 as Plant Engineer. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Carolina. Alan brings over 30 years of experience in Plant Engineering Facilities & Utilities Management as well as Capital Project Management.
Value Stream Manager - Dylan Henschel
Dylan joined the ACC team in Hickory, NC in May of 2016 as a Manufacturing Engineer. He was then promoted to Site Manufacturing Engineer specializing in the coatings, heat treat and machining of CMC aviation hardware in August of 2021. Dylan was then promoted to Value Stream Manager in August of 2022. Dylan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
